Those must be festoon lights at a carnival or something right? And did you get this fuzzy cloned effect by shaking the cam with a high shutter speed? =D
Those are the street lights and what you see in the middle are the rear lights of the cars. I took this shot while traveling on the highway (FYI I was in the passenger seat .. lol).
Actually very slow shutter speed used here (long exposure). Shutter was open for 2 secs. Yep; since I was traveling in high-speed cam shake was inevitable.
