Cute kitty ! Like the way his/ her ears are pointing in two directions....listening to something while looking at something else. Its crooked antenna adds a nice touch too :D I see what you mean by focusing on the eye !
Actually it depends on the personal view. In this case I wanted to show the direction of where he looks and also to show bit of the surrounding to give an idea about the exact scene while I was taking the picture.
Also keeping the focus to the center(in this pic) allow you to look at the entire pic at one glance. If I keep the cat to fill the frame (so he's face be on to the left of the picture) you need to look left and then again move your eyes to the right to see the what else in the picture.
A very informative answer. You teach me that there are so many things to consider when u take a photo. Yes. You are right. The picture shows us the direction where the cat is looking at.
The Wildlife of Sri Lanka includes its flora and fauna and their natural habitats. Sri Lanka has one of the highest rates of biological endemism (16% of the fauna and 23% of flowering plants are endemic) in the world.
"Walk in Paradise" is dedicated to showcase the beauty of the Sri Lankan wildlife and it habitats.
